A Gift for You

Losing a loved one is a painful experience.  This program is designed to assist you with coping methods to help you move through this difficult time.

Instead of ignoring the emotional pain of grief and loss, or constantly pushing it aside, we can choose to feel and mourn.

It is wise to allow ourselves to feel fully and develop healthy methods of coping than to find ourselves years later stuck in that pain because it was never addressed.

There is no “getting over” the grief that comes with the loss of a loved one.

We must move through it to heal. We cannot heal what we do not allow ourselves to feel.

As difficult as it may be, we cannot heal what we do not address.

This course is designed to support you with that healing. Exercises are drawn from Dr. Peggy's 30 years in mental health, assisting people with grief and loss, as well as her own personal experiences.
