This is not a Gratitude Challenge, although it started out that way. We hear so much about "challenges" as part of getting people interested in a new behavior or habit.
After I recorded these videos, I realized that "challenge" is not the right word when I teach people about gratitude. "Delight" is a much better word!
Because practicing gratitude does not feel like a challenge. It feels like a "delight!"
