This course begins by providing you with methods of decreasing your own stress and anxiety, so that you are better able to meet the needs of your child(ren). These are also wonderful ideas that you can incorporate into your child’s life to reduce anxiety. This course discusses ideas to consider when addressing your child’s worries and concerns related to any crisis, but particularly related to COVID-19. Ideas to consider when addressing your child’s individual needs are covered. You are provided with worksheets to help solidify ideas covered, and tailor them to you and your family. You will finish the course feeling more confident, with actionable steps that you can take.
