—for your family, your work, your community. You’ve been the mom, the professional, the daughter, the doer. You’ve spent years managing everyone and everything around you. And still, a quiet question lingers: Is this it? Who am I? What’s next?
This program speaks to the eerie emptiness and loneliness that can show up when everything shifts:
when your children leave home,
you reduce your hours or retire,
you lose touch with old friends,
your parents age,
and worst of all - your sense of self blurs.
If you’ve ever found yourself questioning your next chapter, wondering who you are now, or craving more meaning without needing to do “something big,” you’re in the right place.
It’s your turn.
This is your invitation to finally feel seen and supported. Self-confidence, joy, and fulfillment are on the other side within the Midlife Awakening Sisterhood.
You’re a high-achieving woman in midlife, and you're ready tot make your next act more joyful, purposeful, meaningful, and connected.
You’re a woman seeking to remain connected to your adult children as they leave the home and build their own lives.
You’re craving vulnerable and authentic connection with bright and empathic women.
You're looking for new ways to find purpose through meaningful work and hobbies.
You're interested in addressing the emptiness and numbness by reconnecting with the joy that's been missing in your life.
How it Works:
Inside the Midlife Awakening Sisterhood
After you sign up, you’ll receive access to a membership portal on Thinkific as well as access to a private Facebook group with other women in midlife who “get it.”
You will gain access to the Prioritize P.E.A.C.E. Method curriculum, a five-step brain-based methodology developed by me, Dr. Peggy DeLong. This curriculum offers simple, doable techniques to foster a positive mindset, emotional stability, and resilience, helping you navigate daily challenges with confidence. Each lesson comes with a short video (5 minutes or less), and a downloadable worksheet, making it easy for you to engage, remember the material, and implement the ideas into your life for improved wellbeing.
Personalized Coaching: Over the course of three months, you will participate in two one-on-one coaching calls per month. These sessions are tailored to your specific challenges and goals, ensuring you get the support you need. Each session is followed by a detailed summary, actionable steps, and additional resources provided in a Google Doc.
Ongoing Group Support and Community: LIVE weekly group calls for trainings, support, and connection. You will have access to the private VIP Facebook group where you can post questions and engage and connect with other women.
A positive mindset is essential for mental health and well-being, as our thoughts influence our feelings and actions. While positive thinkers can generate positive thoughts, many overlook and ignore their negative thoughts and painful emotions. This is known as “toxic positivity,” and is not healthy. Fostering a healthy positive mindset involves four components: 1) addressing and challenging negative thoughts, 2) cultivating positive thinking, 3) feeling and processing painful emotions, and 4) developing personalized strategies for generating positive moods.
The mind and body are interconnected, making exercise vital for well-being. Physical activity alleviates symptoms of depression and anxiety and helps process painful emotions. However, many dismiss the power of simple movements, believing exercise must be intense to be effective. Research shows that even basic activities like walking and stretching significantly enhance mental health, particularly when done in nature, such as near water or trees.
Setting and working toward goals provides meaning and purpose, direction and fulfilment. However, high-achievers can easily develop an unhealthy relationship with achieving. Achievements need not be grand. In fact, there’s more opportunity for feeling good when goals are intentionally kept simple, and when “smaller” goals are acknowledged and celebrated. Focusing on the smaller goals along the way also helps to enjoy the journey, rather than just the outcome, leading to more happiness in life. High-achievers are also happiest when achievement is not tied to self-worth.
The quality of our relationships is the strongest predictor of happiness. Cultivating relationships takes intention, yet many neglect this aspect of life, leading to loneliness. In an era where technology facilitates connections, people often feel more isolated. Nurturing existing relationships and making new ones doesn't require extensive time or energy; it simply demands intentionality in every interaction.
Empathy toward others begins with self-understanding and self-compassion. Without self-compassion, we struggle to support others genuinely. By caring for ourselves first, we become more fulfilled and capable of giving authentically to others. Prioritizing self-care enhances our ability to connect with and support those around us.

Still on the fence?
You might be thinking – on social media, other women my age seem to be enjoying life. Do I really need a “sisterhood” to feel fulfilled in my life?
Part of this is realizing you’re in uncharted territory. In this program, I’m right there with you and handing you the map because I truly understand the challenges that this phase of life presents. I’ve lived it. These are methods I use every day. And the truth is - we all do need sisterhood. Community is everything when you’re forging a new normal - and deciphering how exactly you fit into the world around you. It’s so much easier (and more fun!) to do with friends. Plus, relationships are the strongest predictor of happiness! Connection is a huge part of this program.
I’ve been teaching these personal development and mental health methods for 30 years. They’re backed-by-science - but most of all, I know firsthand what helps women like you access joy. And I’m also familiar with the barriers that get in your way and make you feel miserable. This program has been carefully designed for you - exactly where you are right now.
But here’s the thing - you need to take the first step.
I promise you, it’s worth it. If you still have questions, reach out to me. I’m happy to answer them.
