Relaxing and Rejuvenating Mini-Retreat for Women

Created for you by:

Kathryn Higgins, Yoga Instructor and owner of Perfect Harmony Yoga and 

Dr. Peggy DeLong, psychologist and owner of Peaceful Present, Future Flourish. 


This 3-hour session is designed to provide the opportunity to connect with other women, reconnect with yourself, provide peace and relaxation, and tools for mental health, self-care, and wellness. 

Perfect for the start of 2025 with Peace, Connection, Relaxation, and Rejuvenation!

What you will receive:

  • Hatha Yoga/Gentle Stretching to ease tension and provide a sense of calm
  • Deep Breathing for relaxation, and grounding the body and mind
  • Guided group meditation for relaxation and personal growth
  • Sensory immersion using sights, sounds, and scents to create peace and relaxation
  • Card pull for self-reflection and self-discovery
  • Journaling to connect with your thoughts, feelings, and desires
  • Optional sharing to receive support from other women

 

This mini-retreat is designed to:

  • Provide clarity and guidance regarding an issue in your life
  • Receive support from other women in a non-judgmental environment
  • Foster a sense of connectedness to something greater than yourself
  • Quiet your mind and negative thoughts and release tension
  • Create space for self-love and self-compassion
  • Enjoy soothing sights, sounds, and scents
  • Inspire the transformation you’ve been yearning for

  

What will we be doing during this mini-retreat? 

  • Sitting on the floor on yoga mats, pillows, and blankets and relaxing with candles and music (chairs available if you do not wish to sit on the floor)
  • Learning methods to address personal growth and development
  • Reflecting and journaling with prompts
  • Group meditation related to self-love and self-compassion
  • Peaceful quiet time to appreciate your senses and just be
  • Optional sharing for the opportunity to receive support and guidance
  • Creating your plan of action to address an issue with gained clarity, support, and guidance
  • Breathing exercises
  • Hatha Yoga
  • Sound Bath and immersion in your senses

 

The location is in Long Valley. Address and directions will be emailed to you after registration. 


Bring:

Yoga mat, blanket, and/or pillow for cushioning while you sit/lie down on the floor (folding chair will be available if you do not like sitting on the floor)

Cozy blanket to cover/wrap around you

Water

Notebook and pen

Anything else you need to be comfortable

 

What to wear:

Anything you're comfortable wearing while seated on the floor for stretching and doing yoga. I'll be wearing yoga pants/leggings! Comfy!

 

Refund (minus payment processing fee $5) will be provided with 7 days notice (by 1/4/25).
