    Peace and Flourish Healing Circle for Women 12-16-24

Peace and Flourish Healing Circle

For this event, you will experience peace in the present moment.  This self-care has immediate benefits for improving overall wellbeing and also sets you up to flourish in the future


This healing circle is is designed to help you:

    Elevate your mood and foster peace and joy in the present so you can flourish in the future

    Provide clarity and guidance regarding an issue in your life

    Receive support from other women in a non-judgmental environment

    Foster a sense of connection to something greater than yourself

    Quiet your mind and negative thoughts and release tension

    Create space for self-love and self-compassion

    Enjoy soothing sights, sounds, and scents

    Inspire the transformation you've been yearning for


What will we be doing during this healing circle?

    Sitting on the floor on yoga mats, pillows, and blankets, and relaxing with candles and music (chairs available if you do not wish to sit on the floor)

    Learning methods to address personal growth and development

    Reflecting and journaling with prompts

    Group meditation related to self-love and self-compassion

    Peaceful quiet time to appreciate your senses and just be

    Optional sharing for the opportunity to receive support and guidance

    Creating your plan of action to address an issue with gained clarity, support, and guidance


The location is on West Valley Brook Road, Califon, NJ 07830. The studio is technically in Long Valley, but you have to use Califon for directions. Exact location and directions will be emailed to registrants.


Space is limited. Sorry, no refunds for no-shows or cancellations. However, you may apply your registration to a future date :)


Bring:

Blanket and/or pillow to sit on (folding chair will be available if you do not like sitting on the ground)

Water

Notebook and pen

Anything else you need to be comfortable


What to wear

Wear whatever you're comfortable wearing while seated on the floor. I'll be wearing yoga pants!


Registration Confirmation

Within 12 hours of registering, you will receive a confirmation email. That email will contain the exact location of the studio and directions for parking. You will also receive an email reminder closer to the event. Dr. Peggy DeLong is a psychologist, known as The Gratitude Psychologist. She teaches people how to harness the power of gratitude and joy to live their best lives, even through difficult times. Dr. DeLong coordinates the Weekly Women's Wellness Walks (W4), where she combines her passions for bringing people together with being out in nature and helping individuals improve their mental health. She also leads hikes in nature for personal and spiritual development.

An accomplished psychologist, entrepreneur, speaker, and author, Dr. DeLong feels passionate about connecting with others and helping them live their very best lives, even on the worst of days.

When she’s not focused on her businesses, you’ll find Peggy in the mountains, downhill or telemark skiing, kayaking, hiking, or mountain biking.
