Description of Presentation

People are experiencing anxiety at high rates. This presentation covers several research-backed methods to decrease anxiety and foster peace. 

Each idea comes with a downloadable worksheet to help you put the idea into action. The workbook will be emailed to you the day of the presentation.

The ideas are sharable, so you can easily support others through these methods as well.


Before 7:00 (ET), grab your favorite beverage, some paper and a pen.

The presentation will start promptly a 7:00 (ET) and run for 90 minutes, with one five-minute break.

After you register, you will receive an email with the Zoom link to access the presentation. You will also receive an email reminder the morning of the presentation, and an hour before the presentation starts.

Please make sure your microphone is muted. You will have an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the presentation.
